Stockholm Climate Leadership Forum
Project management of the Stockholm Climate Leadership Forum, from initial concept to on-site execution. Where world climate leaders met to explore the impact of various local and global climate issues. Responsibilities included program planning, speaker and guests coordination, logistics, and video production. The event brought together global climate leaders and was designed to foster high-level dialogue, collaboration and measurable impact.

Feminvest Run For Womens Ownership
An impactful run at Royal Djurgården in Stockholm by Feminvest, dedicated to raising awareness about the untapped potential of not investing in female entrepreneurs and highlighting ownership as a key pathway to equality. The event was developed and managed from start to finish, including a celebratory after party. With 300 participants, 30 partners, 17 volunteers and 3 European politicians, it became a powerful platform for engagement and action..

Enigma Festivalen at Cafe Opera
The launch party for Enigma Festivalen took place at Café Opera in Stockholm — a high-energy evening that brought together key partners, press and music lovers. The event was delivered from concept to execution with full responsibility for artist bookings, entertainment curation and production management. Lighting and sound were carefully designed to create an immersive atmosphere that captured the essence of the festival’s brand. One of Stockholm’s most iconic venues set the stage for an unforgettable kickoff.

From planning our own wedding for 160 guests to leading milestone birthdays, intimate anniversaries, private events, we've managed a variety of closed events with full responsibility for concept, coordination and execution. In addition to project management, we also curated music and handled complete audio setups to create a tailored and memorable atmosphere for each occasion.
